Morning: Oh!verslept, Review unit 1~5, Brunch at a restaurant(Sausage and Rice Soup)

Afternoon: Read Chicken Soup for the Soul in a cafe

Evening: Riding a bike for over an hour, Diary

1. I had diarrhea(water poo poo) in the morning. I think the reason is that I drank cold milk coffee too much last night.

2. I was trying to review but, strangely, I couldn't concentrate on studying. So I just went out to go to a cafe.

Since it was almost lunchtime so I ate hot food to relax my stomach as a brunch at a restaurant.

3. I finished reading the book, Chicken Soup for the Soul.

This book is much better than I thought.

All the stories are impressive and touching.

Following is one of the stories which is translated in Korean.

It could be a mistake that I didn't study and spent money today.

However, I was very happy because I moved by the book, heard a lot of my favorite songs, enjoyed meditating.

I promised myself to keep these in mind.

1. Throw it away if I think it is a bad habit.

2. Maybe it would be hard to keep good habits going. If I don't want to do it? Then just do it.

After having dinner at home, I went out to ride a bike.

Ah! I did push-up 30 times (1set, 10push-up) in the morning. I used to do it before taking a shower.

Let's start working out again. After doing it three days more, it will become my habit.

At night, I wanted to exercise hard so I rode for over an hour.

I feel so fresh!

Finally, I like this word nowadays.

"Interesting"

Everything is interesting.

If I can live today again, I will live the same.
